Terms & Conditions

By booking and paying for any of our workshops you agree to our terms and conditions.

What's included

Materials and other equipment needed are provided for all workshops.
We reserve the right to make amendments to course content.

Age requirements  

If younger than 16 years old you have to be accompanied by an adult.

Payment

We do not take provisional bookings and cannot confirm your place on a course until we receive full payment.

Cancellations/Refunds

If we have to cancel a class we will issue a full refund or offer an alternative workshop.
If you have to cancel you must inform Painted Earth 7 days prior to the workshop.
If you fail to attend the course unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

Privacy Notice

By taking part in any of our events or workshops you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for advertising, publicity or other purposes. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media and press releases.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform an event organiser. 

Special dietary requirements

We are unable to guarantee special dietary requirements. However, we will do our best to offer alternatives.

Please note the workshops are all held in our upstairs gallery, unfortunately we do not have a lift.
