What’s your refund policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, excluding postage, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What if my order is damaged or I have another issue?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), earrings (for hygiene reasons) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
What is your exchange policy?
Please get in touch if you would like to exchange an item and we will let you know what the best way to do so is. Email us at email@example.com
We will notify you once we’ve received and had a look at your return. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How quickly will I receive my order?
All orders placed on Mon-Fri are dispatched the same day. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched the following Monday.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over £100 in the UK and Northern Ireland. All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes we offer free of charge gift wrapping on all our orders. Just let us know at checkout and we will be happy to gift wrap it for you.
