What’s your refund policy?

We have a  30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, excluding postage, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insuracen. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What if my order is damaged or I have another issue?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), earrings (for hygiene reasons) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds for online orders

We will notify you once we’ve received and had a look at your return. You’ll be refunded for your online order on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

How quickly will I receive my order?

We aim to have all orders placed on Mon-Fri before 12pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched the following Monday.

Do you offer free shipping? 

We offer free shipping on orders over £100 in the UK and Northern Ireland. All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes we offer free of charge gift wrapping on all our orders. Just let us know at checkout and we will be happy to gift wrap it for you.
